Yoga?

Yoga is a practical method which utilises the body and breath as a gateway to the mind. Yoga practice serves as a healthy reality check by offering us the time and space to ‘clean the slate’ and re-establish mental clarity.

This wonderful practice will strengthen and energise you to take on challenges with grace, composure and conviction.

Mixed ability Vinyasa Krama classes interwoven with music and encouraging adjustments.

Expect a playful, sweaty class in an energising, welcoming space.

The practice is a moving meditation followed by a well-deserved deeply relaxing savasana.
